컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴컴 Millions of people are losing their homes under the Republican's Reagan and Bush. School loans were cut and of course the rich have received the biggest tax breaks in history and no breaks for low and middle income people. Sub-minimum wages had been proposed by Reagan, which if enacted would have caused more minimum wage people to lose their jobs to younger people. Reagan eliminated many widow's benefits, he eliminated legal aid for the poor and proposed prayers in the schools. The Republicans wanted major cuts in social security programs. From 1946 to 1975, according to a report from the Brookings Institute, the United States has threatened or resorted to armed intervention in other countries on 215 separate occasions. The U.S. force feeds us a sanitized version of capitalism and distorts the truth about other ideologies. Can there really be a democracy in the U.S. when both major parties really represent the same business interests? Who is there to represent the people? Who is there to vote for? Is it better not to vote? Not to vote is an expression, a demonstration of no confidence and it happens in every election............ Unless things change and we get a Jessie Jackson to rally around, someone who understands the class struggle that is going on in this country and understands racism which is caused by class antagonism because he has lived through it, unless we have someone like that to vote for I choose not to vote. for I choose not to vote.
