Skeptic Tank!

From James J. Lippard I recently received the latest edition of the Johnson Smith Company's "Things You Never Knew Existed" catalog, which is full of things like folding quarters, electronic "whoopie cushions," and other amusing devices. Also in the catalog were a book and a videotape by John Anderson: 5858 _Psychic Phenomena Unveiled: Confessions of a New Age Warlock_ by John Anderson with Rich Monk 5860 Video expose of "New Age Miracles" Apparently Anderson claims to have been a former leader of some New Age group which used firewalking and mentalist tricks to fleece people. Is anyone familiar with this guy or his book? (If anyone is interested, the catalog may be obtained from the Johnson Smith Co., 4514 19th St. Court East, Bradenton, FL 34206-5500, (813) 747-2356.)
