"FOR TROUBLE IN A WORK RELATIONSHIP"
If you have been having problem with someone you work with (your boss,
a co-worker, or someone else on the staff) for either real or imagined
wrongs, try this....
Imagine yourself in a very friendly situation where you and the other
person are talking it all over, with each of you giving the other your
feelings about the problem situation.
Picture yourself in that person's office or in yours. If you would
feel more comfortable in a neutral setting such as a resturaunt or bar,
picture yourselves there.
Communicate to him or her, without anger, everything you truly feel
about yourself, about the job you are doing, and about that person.
Communicate in a way you have never let yourself do in real life...
**Practice this every morning before you go to work. When you greet
him or her in the office, note carefully what is real about the
situation causing you upset and what you have added to it with you
thoughts. You will really be surprised!
