She calls it "Faith-Imagination Therapy". When you find yourself utterly filled with rage or hatred, or both, over a situation in your life, allow yourself to relax and then relive the situation in its every detail in your mind's eye. Take with you into the situation this time your advisor (see selfheal.zip, available on this BBS) or a figure that you know to be your guiding spirit, or a great spiritual person such as your higher power. Be aware of this guiding spirit and let it be with you as the feelings come up and as you want to vent them on the person toward whom you feel them. **By doing this, you will find yourself released from that fury or hatred. Simply recreating the event with your positive intention to free yourself from it will have a very healing effect indeed...
