But it doesn't seem to have done a thing for Donn Moomaw, the man who served as minister to President Reagan. Moomaw served for decades as pastor of the Bel Air Presbyterian Church and said the prayers at Reagan's presidential inaugurations in 1981 and 1985. But in 1993, he suddenly quit as pastor of his church. The reason why can out on Tuesday, March 14. In front of 1000 church members, an official of the Presbytery of the Pacific read a court ruling in which Moomaw had pled no contest to accusations of sexual harassment. According to another church spokesman, Moomaw had sexual contact with five women between 1983 and 1992. Now age 63, he has been suspended as a Presbyterian minister until 1997. Source: AP, 3/15/95
