Well at your request I read both Chapters of Genesis. I don't
see the problem you are having with it. Please quote the verses
that you are having trouble with!
By your command...
1:24 And God said, Let the earth
bring forth the living creature after
his kind, cattle and creeping thing,
and beast of the earth after his kind:
and it was so.
1:25 And God made the beast of the
earth after his kind, and cattle after
their kind, and every thing that creepeth
upon the earth after his kind: and God
saw that it was good.
1:26 And God said, Let us make [editor's note: "us"? ]
man in our own image, after our [editor's note: "our image"?!]
likeness: and let them have dominion
over the fish of the sea, and over
the fowl of the air, and over the
cattle, and over the earth, and over
every creeping thing that creepeth
upon the earth.
1:27 So God created man is his own
image, in the image of God created
for him; male and female be created
[editor's note: Now that 1:24-1:27 defined the order of
animal before man; let's proceed to 2:18-2:19]
2:18 And the Lord God said, It is
not good that the man should be alone;
I will make him a help meet for him. [whoah. heavy grammar!]
2:19 And out of the ground the
Lord God formed every beast of the
field, and every fowl of the air;
and brought them unto Adam to see
what he would call them: and
whatsoever Adam called every living
creature, that was the name thereof.
[doesn't look good for keeping things in chronological perspective,
and diminishes credibility of the messenger. The story changed
before even reaching the end of the second chapter.]
Or maybe you re-read them!
Hey, it's right there in front of you. Read for yourself.
And remember to use the King James Version please.
Because some of the other version have parts missing.
Or perhaps the King James version has parts ADDED.
At any rate, you can see above that it contradicts itself.
What do you suppose Adam named Tyrannosaurus Rex? Triceratops?
How do you suppose God brought deep sea anglerfish to Adam,
that he give it a name? (it says "every living creature")
[hint: Deep sea anglerfish burst upon rising to the ocean's surface]
